Payments & Delivery Policy

This policy explains how prices are set, how payment works, how we keep payments secure, and how our services are delivered. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Prices and currency

Every project is priced individually in a written quote, which you receive before any payment is requested. All prices are in US dollars (USD). Your quote and payment link show the exact amount for each milestone. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown before you pay.

2. How payment works

• We agree the scope, milestones and price with you in writing.
• For each milestone, you receive an invoice by email or WhatsApp with a secure payment link at volttechai.com/pay. It shows the seller (VOLT TECH AI LLC), the invoice number, what the payment covers and the exact amount.
• You confirm that you accept our Terms and Refund & Cancellation Policy, then pay on Stripe’s secure checkout.
• Each invoice shows a due date, after which its payment link expires. If yours has expired, contact us for a new one.

All payments are one-time payments. We do not store your card for future charges, and there are no automatic renewals or subscriptions unless you separately agree to one in writing.

3. Payment methods

We accept major credit and debit cards and the other payment methods shown on the Stripe checkout page, which may vary by location. Some bank-based methods can take a few business days to confirm. Work on the milestone starts once the payment has cleared.

4. Payment security

Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment provider. Your card details are entered on Stripe’s encrypted checkout page and go directly to Stripe. They are never transmitted to, seen by, or stored on our servers. Our website uses HTTPS encryption on every page.

5. Receipts and invoices

Stripe emails you a receipt as soon as your payment succeeds. You can print or save your invoice and receipt as a PDF from the payment page at any time. For a copy by email, contact [email protected] with your invoice number. Charges appear on your card statement under a name identifying VoltTechAI or VOLT TECH AI LLC.

6. Service delivery

All our services are delivered digitally and remotely. No physical goods are shipped. Depending on the project, delivery means that your system is built and deployed on infrastructure you control, account access is handed over to you, and you receive written documentation and recorded training, with files shared securely through our client portal.

Typical timelines are 3–5 days for a single focused system and 5–7 days for three connected systems. Larger projects are delivered in agreed stages. Your quote states the expected timeline for each milestone. Timelines depend on receiving timely access, content and feedback from you.

7. Failed or disputed payments

If a payment fails, you can try again with the same link while it is valid, and you will not be charged twice. If you have a question about a charge, please contact us first and we will respond within two business days.

8. Restrictions

We do not accept payments from persons or entities on US sanctions lists, or from countries or regions subject to comprehensive US sanctions.
