Why reviews and AI visibility matter
Customers read reviews before they call, book or buy. More and more people also ask AI assistants for recommendations, and those assistants build their answers from what they can find and trust online: your website, your business listings and what customers say about you.
Reputation and visibility therefore work together. Real reviews, professional replies and clear, consistent facts help both people and AI systems trust your business.
How review management works, in 3 steps
- Step 1
A visit or order is completed
Your booking tool or CRM marks the job as done.
- Step 2
Every customer is asked
A short, polite review request goes out at the right moment, by text or email.
- Step 3
Every review gets a reply
You approve ready-made reply drafts, and negative feedback alerts the owner quickly.
The review rules we follow
- We ask every customer — not only happy ones. Asking only satisfied customers (review gating) breaks Google’s review policies.
- No rewards for reviews — we never offer discounts or gifts in exchange for reviews.
- No fake reviews — we never write, buy or post reviews. Every review must come from a real customer.
- Professional replies — we help you respond calmly and helpfully, especially to criticism.
- Legitimate reporting only — we only flag reviews that genuinely break a platform’s rules.
These rules follow Google’s review policies and the US Federal Trade Commission’s rules on consumer reviews.
How AI search visibility works
- Consistent business facts — the same name, address, phone number and services everywhere (often called NAP consistency).
- A complete Google Business Profile — accurate hours, categories, services and photos.
- Structured data — schema.org markup that describes your organisation, services and FAQs.
- Clear answers on your website — pages that answer the questions customers and AI assistants ask.
- Trust signals — genuine reviews and reputable mentions of your business.
- An llms.txt file — a short, plain summary of your business for AI tools; it is an emerging convention that some AI tools read.
How we set it up, step by step
- Step 1
Free 30-minute call

We check review profiles, response habits and business details across the web.

You approve short request messages and reply templates in your tone.
- Step 6

Negative feedback reaches the owner quickly so problems can be fixed.
- Step 7

What no one can honestly promise
No one can remove genuine negative reviews or guarantee that an AI assistant will recommend your business. What we can do is help you earn more genuine reviews, respond well, fix incorrect information and strengthen the signals search engines and AI systems rely on.
What you get
- A reputation and profile audit
- Automated, policy-compliant review requests
- A reply drafting and approval workflow
- Negative-feedback alerts
- A profile consistency plan
- Reporting and documentation
What we need from you
- Access to your Google Business Profile and review sites
- A way to know when a visit or order is completed
- Approval of request and reply templates
How long does it take?
A focused reputation setup is typically live in 3–5 days. Connected builds that link several systems typically take 5–7 days, and larger projects are delivered in stages. The exact timeline is agreed in writing before work starts, and it depends on how quickly access to your tools and your approvals are ready.
How much does review management cost?
Every setup is custom-quoted. The main factors are the number of locations and profiles, the tools to connect, and the reporting you need. Any messaging or software subscriptions are paid to those providers.
How does payment work?
Every project is custom-quoted in US dollars. You receive a written scope with milestones and the price of each milestone before any work begins, and nothing is paid until you agree. Each milestone then has its own secure Stripe payment link, so card details go to Stripe and never to us. See the Payments & Delivery Policy and the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
How to measure results
- Review volume and trend — how many genuine reviews arrive each month.
- Response rate and time — how many reviews get a reply and how quickly.
- Profile accuracy — whether your details match everywhere.
- AI answer accuracy — regular checks of what AI assistants say about you.
Who owns the system after launch?
You do. Everything is deployed on your own accounts, and access is handed over with recorded training, written documentation and two weeks of post-launch adjustments. Third-party tools keep their own subscriptions in your name.
Frequently asked questions
Can you remove negative reviews?
We do not promise removal. We help you reply professionally, report reviews that genuinely break platform rules, and improve how unhappy customers are looked after.
Can we ask only happy customers for reviews?
No. Selectively asking satisfied customers, called review gating, breaks Google’s review policies. We set up requests for every eligible customer.
Can we offer a discount for a review?
No. Offering incentives for reviews breaks Google’s policies and US consumer protection rules. We never do it.
Can you guarantee AI assistants will recommend us?
No one controls a third-party AI answer. We make your business facts clear, consistent and trustworthy, which is what these systems rely on.
What is the difference between SEO and AEO?
SEO helps your pages rank in search results. AEO helps AI assistants understand your business and describe it correctly. Both rely on clear, helpful, consistent information.
How long does setup take?
A focused setup is typically live in 3–5 days; connected builds typically take 5–7 days.
