How SEO and AEO are built in
SEO (search engine optimisation) helps your pages rank in Google and Bing. AEO (answer engine optimisation) helps AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google’s AI Overviews understand your business and describe it correctly.
Both rely on the same foundations: helpful pages that answer real questions, clear headings, structured data, a sitemap, fast performance and consistent business facts. No one can honestly guarantee rankings or AI recommendations, but these foundations give your site the best chance.
What is a client portal?
A client portal is a private, invitation-only area of your website. Each client logs in to see their own projects, milestones and files, while your team manages everything from an administrator view. It replaces long email threads and gives clients a premium, organised experience.

What you get
- Site strategy and sitemap
- Responsive interface design
- Front-end development
- AI chat or booking connection
- SEO and analytics foundations
- Launch, recorded training and documentation
What we need from you
- Your logo, photos and basic business information
- Access to your domain and hosting, or help to set them up in your name
- Feedback on the design before the build
How long does a website take?
A focused build such as a landing page or a chatbot added to your site is typically live in 3–5 days, and connected builds typically take 5–7 days. Larger websites are planned and delivered in stages. The timeline is agreed in writing before work starts and depends on how quickly content and approvals are ready.
How much does a business website cost?
Websites are custom-quoted. The main factors are:
- The number of pages and templates
- Whether we write the text
- Integrations such as chat, booking and CRM
- Client portal features
Domain names and hosting are paid to those providers, in your name.
How does payment work?
Every project is custom-quoted in US dollars. You receive a written scope with milestones and the price of each milestone before any work begins, and nothing is paid until you agree. Each milestone then has its own secure Stripe payment link, so card details go to Stripe and never to us. See the Payments & Delivery Policy and the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
How to measure results
- Enquiries — form submissions, chats and bookings.
- Conversion rate — the share of visitors who take action.
- Page speed — core Web Vitals in Google Search Console.
- Search visibility — impressions and clicks in Google Search Console.
Who owns the system after launch?
You do. Everything is deployed on your own accounts, and access is handed over with recorded training, written documentation and two weeks of post-launch adjustments. Third-party tools keep their own subscriptions in your name.
Frequently asked questions
Do you redesign existing websites?
Yes. We can work from your current brand and content, or rebuild the structure when the current site limits results.
Can I edit the website myself later?
Yes. How you will edit content is agreed before development, and your team is shown how.
Do you write the website text?
We can structure and write conversion-focused page copy and set up technical and on-page SEO, as agreed in your scope.
Can you guarantee first place on Google?
No one can honestly guarantee rankings. We build the foundations search engines and AI assistants rely on and set up tracking so you can see progress.
Who owns the website?
You do. It runs on your own domain and hosting, and all access is handed to you.
What is AEO?
